Email is the fastest way to reach us: contact@peptidesacademy.co. One inbox handles support, feedback, corrections, and business inquiries, and a real person reads everything. We usually reply within two business days.

Help us help you faster

• Account or purchase issues: include the email address on your account and, for purchases, the approximate date. Never include your password or full card number.
• Certificate questions: include the certificate ID printed on the certificate.
• Content corrections: link the page or name the course and unit, and if possible the claim you believe is wrong. Corrections with a citation get fixed fastest, and we genuinely appreciate them.
• Mobile app issues: mention your device, operating system version, and what you tapped before the problem appeared.

Subscriptions and billing

Website purchases are processed by Stripe; email us and we can look up any order. Subscriptions purchased inside the mobile app are billed by the app store on your device, and are managed or cancelled in your device's subscription settings rather than by us. We can still help you figure out what you have and where to manage it.

Privacy requests

To exercise a privacy right, email us or use the self-serve tools: our privacy policy explains what we collect, and delete account removes your account and its data. Parents or guardians who believe a minor has created an account should contact us and we will remove it; see our age suitability page.

Peptides Academy is the trade name under which FNA Enterprise LLC, a Florida limited liability company (Florida fictitious name registration G26000059170), operates this site and the Peptides Academy mobile application.
