what deletion removes

deleting your account permanently removes your profile, email address, course and quiz progress, certificates, XP, streaks, achievements, remaining course credits, and mailing list entries. this cannot be undone, and purchases cannot be restored to a new account.

deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. cancel it in Google Play first if you want to stop future renewal charges.

• you can also delete from the app: profile tab, settings, delete account
• records we are legally required to keep (for example tax records of past payments held by our payment processor) are retained as required by law
