Peptides Academy is the trade name under which FNA Enterprise LLC, a Florida limited liability company (Florida fictitious name registration G26000059170), operates this site and the Peptides Academy mobile application. The platform is an educational service about peptide science and is intended for adults 18 years of age and older.

Our websites, mobile app, courses, tools, and community features are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, do not use the platform.

Why our content is rated for adults

Peptides Academy teaches the published science of peptides. That subject matter necessarily includes prescription medicines (for example semaglutide and tirzepatide) and research-stage compounds that have limited or no human clinical data and are not approved for human use. Course material references these substances throughout, in an educational, citation-backed frame.

Because references to regulated and investigational substances are frequent by the nature of the subject, we deliberately declare conservative content ratings wherever the platform is distributed. On the Apple App Store the app is rated 18+ (with the equivalent local ratings, such as A16 in Brazil and 19+ in South Korea, applied by regional rating systems). We choose to declare these ratings honestly rather than minimize them.

How the age requirement is enforced

• Web: interactive tools ask you to confirm that you are 18 or older and that you understand the educational nature of the content before use.
• Mobile app: a first-launch gate requires confirming you are 18 or older before the app's content is available, and account sign-up repeats that acknowledgement.
• No advertising: the platform carries no third-party advertising and no ad tracking, so no advertising is ever directed at any audience, minors included.
• Marketing: our marketing targets adult audiences and adult-oriented channels only.

Safeguards that apply to everyone

• We do not sell or distribute peptides or any other substance, and we provide no sourcing guidance.
• Content is educational and cites published research; it is not medical advice. See our disclaimer.
• The AI study assistant answers educational questions only, declines requests for medical advice, and its responses carry a visible disclaimer.
• Community surfaces are limited by design (display names on the leaderboard), and misuse can be reported to us at any time.
