Purchases and Payments

pricing

peptides academy offers individual courses ($9), an explorer bundle ($29 for 10 course credits), and full academy ($49 for 20 course credits). prices are in US dollars and may be updated at our discretion. price changes do not affect existing purchases.

payment processing

all payments are processed securely through Stripe. by making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. we do not store your payment information.

lifetime access

purchased courses grant lifetime access. there are no recurring subscriptions or hidden fees. "lifetime" means for as long as the platform remains operational.

bundle upgrades

if you purchased individual courses and later want to upgrade to a bundle, your previous purchases will be credited toward the bundle price. contact support for upgrade pricing.

Educational Content

all content on peptides academy is strictly educational. our content:

• is not a substitute for professional medical consultation
• should not be used to make health decisions without consulting a qualified healthcare professional
• references published research and clearly labels evidence quality tiers

all content on peptides academy, including text, graphics, interactive visualizations, quizzes, code, and design, is owned by peptides academy and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the content for your own educational use. you may not:

• redistribute, resell, or share paid content with others
• copy or reproduce content for commercial purposes
• modify or create derivative works from our content
• use automated tools to scrape or download content

Certification

peptides academy provides individual certificates of completion for each paid course upon successful completion of the curriculum and final quiz. these certificates are educational achievements that:

• recognize individual engagement and knowledge of specific course material
• may be shared on professional networks like LinkedIn or included in a Resume as an educational credential
• are not professional, medical, or academic licenses
• are not accredited by any regulatory, medical, or higher education body
• do not qualify the holder to provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, or prescribe treatments

misrepresenting these educational certificates as professional medical or clinical licenses is a violation of these terms.

Prohibited Uses

you agree not to:

• use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• share account credentials with others
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' accounts
• interfere with the platform's operation or security
• use the platform to provide medical advice to others
• misrepresent our educational certificates as professional medical licenses
• use automated tools to access or scrape content

Limitation of Liability

to the maximum extent permitted by law, peptides academy and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• health decisions made based on educational content
• loss of data or progress
• interruption of service
• errors or omissions in content

our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course or service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

we may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. upon termination:

• your access to paid content will be revoked
• we are not obligated to provide refunds for remaining access
• provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination

Governing Law

these terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Alachua County, Florida.
