The c-Met oncology signal and the missing safety data

In the sources this course holds, dihexa taken as dihexa has no human safety dataset at all; the only controlled data come from injections of its prodrug. The most important safety issue is not a reported side effect but a theoretical one: c-Met is a proto-oncogene, and a molecule that potentiates it systemically carries a mechanism-intrinsic cancer concern.
