Two receptors, one coordinated push

Websites selling CJC-1295 often recommend pairing it with ipamorelin, the CJC + ipamorelin stack, saying the two work synergistically to maximize GH release. The logic borrows real biology: a GHRH analog acts through the GHRH receptor, while ipamorelin, a growth hormone secretagogue, acts through a different receptor. In healthy men, a GH-releasing peptide given together with GHRH released GH synergistically, more than the sum of the parts.

This unit explains why two accelerators on different receptors can produce a supra-additive effect, why ipamorelin specifically is chosen over older secretagogues, and where the honest evidence for the pairing actually stands. The synergy was measured for a GH-releasing peptide with GHRH; none of the human studies of CJC-1295 that FDA reviewed paired it with ipamorelin.
