Real short-term signals, large long-term unknowns

CJC-1295 safety splits sharply by timeframe. In the short term, the trials reported fairly ordinary GH-axis effects, injection-site reactions, headache, water retention, and the flushing and tingling that come with the GH-axis. In the long term, there is almost nothing, because no chronic human safety study exists.

This unit separates what is actually reported from what is mechanistically expected, and it takes the biggest theoretical concerns seriously without overclaiming: glucose handling, the acromegaly-shaped question of chronic excess, receptor desensitization, and the unresolved IGF-1 and cancer discussion that shadows the whole drug class.
